Description
These developing a probability model task cards provide an engaging review that will allow students to get out of their seats and have fun with their learning. These task cards have a focus on key vocabulary along with a variety of problems to help students practice their math skills.
Task Cards will cover the following:
♥ predicting the frequencies of outcomes
♥ designing an experiment to determine probability
♥ developing a uniform probability model
♥ develop model of geometric probabilities
♥ and more!
These task cards require a little prep and supplies.
– Make sure to provide students with a coin for task cards #1 and 8.
– Make sure to provide students with a styrofoam cup to design an experiment for task card #4.
-For #9-12, students will need to be provided the table along with their answer sheet (both are shown in the preview). Students will need to walk around to discover who is wearing a watch and who is not.
These task cards are great for RTI, Common Core Review, Regular Class Review, Test Prep, Engagement, “I’m Finished” stations, Math Centers, and More!
There are 12 task cards in all. An answer sheet and answer key is included.
