Description
Looking for a fun and engaging atmosphere review? Review the layers of the atmosphere in a way that your students will love. Task cards are one of my all-time favorite classroom tools. They serve so many purposes and can be used in so many ways to meet the individual needs of your students.
They are a wonderful alternative to a classic worksheet, and most of the time, students do not even realize that they are learning and working!
These atmosphere review task cards will cover the following:
- the composition of the Earth’s atmosphere
- the layers of the atmosphere: troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, and exosphere
- the relationship between air pressure, temperature, and altitude
- the importance of the ozone layer
I will use these for my “I’m finished” Station. They are also good for a class review before a test, or just a regular assignment.
There are 24 task cards in all. An answer sheet and answer key is included.
Goes well with NC Essential Standard: 7.E.1.1
