This is a relative dating activity students will love! This Two Truths and a Lie activity challenges students to read three short science statements, decide which two are true, and identify the “lie.” Along the way, they’ll practice using evidence, applying vocabulary, and thinking critically about Earth Science concepts like rock layers, fossils, and geologic processes.
