Why should you love cut and glue activities?
Some middle school teachers shy away from cut and glue activities because they feel that it is too elementary. HOWEVER, students of all ages love to glue! It’s not just another worksheet for students to do. It’s actually pretty engaging! What teacher doesn’t want their students engaged? As students are cutting and pasting, they are “busy” but they are LEARNING! It’s a WIN-WIN!
You could even have your students working in partners to make this activity go by faster. If they work together, the cutting and pasting, it will not take must time at all!
